Service terms overview
Last updated: October 31, 2026. Final commercial terms for an accepted engagement are confirmed in writing before payment and supersede this overview where they differ.
Scope
The standard engagement is a fixed-scope senior-led AI automation implementation. Exact workflows, integrations, acceptance criteria, dependencies and exclusions are confirmed before work starts.
Client responsibilities
The client provides timely access, representative examples, a decision-maker for approvals and accurate information about security or regulatory constraints.
Third-party services
Third-party subscriptions, usage fees and provider terms are not included unless explicitly stated. They are approved before use and normally remain in client-owned accounts.
No outcome guarantee
We commit to the written deliverables and agreed acceptance criteria. We do not guarantee revenue, cost savings, hours saved or other business outcomes that depend on adoption, data quality, volume, market conditions or third-party systems.
Changes
Material changes to scope, integrations or requirements after approval may require a written change in fee or schedule.
Payment
Accepted engagements receive a secure payment link or invoice. Work begins after payment terms and required intake/access conditions are satisfied.
