Security & delivery principles
Least necessary access
We request only the access needed for the agreed workflow and prefer client-owned accounts, scoped permissions and reversible changes.
Human control
High-impact or uncertain actions are designed with explicit approval or escalation points rather than uncontrolled autonomy.
Failure handling
Implemented workflows include known failure modes, exception paths and operating instructions appropriate to the agreed scope.
Testing
Acceptance scenarios are agreed and tested before handover. We document what passed, what remains manual and known limitations.
Ownership
Client-side accounts, data and configurations remain client-controlled. We avoid unnecessary proprietary lock-in.
Data review
We document which systems and data the workflow touches. Highly regulated environments may require specialist legal, security or compliance review outside this engagement.
AI Pilot Ops does not claim formal security, legal or regulatory certification. Security requirements beyond the agreed implementation scope are separately assessed.
