Information you provide

If you request a fit assessment or contact us, you may provide your name, business email, company, website, workflow description, systems involved and any constraints you choose to disclose.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate whether the requested engagement fits our service, respond to your enquiry, scope work and, if you become a client, deliver the agreed service.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, authentication secrets, payment card numbers, health records or other highly sensitive information through the initial enquiry form. Sensitive project data is handled only after scope and access methods are agreed.

Third-party services

Projects may involve third-party software selected for the agreed workflow. Any such services and their data handling are disclosed during scoping. Client accounts remain client-controlled unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, scope potential work, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You can request correction or deletion of enquiry information by emailing mario@aipilotops.com, subject to legitimate business or legal retention requirements.
